GSA Survey Tool Helps Determine Agencies Greenhouse Gas Emissions

GSA has helped develop a survey tool designed to calculate employees' greenhouse gas emissions as part of an overall mission to reduce GSA's carbon footprint, a GSA official told Federal News Radio on Monday.




Congressional leaders reached an agreement last week on a bill that allows for a temporary funding extension of the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). The current extension was set to expire Jan. 31.

Is the federal workforce too large? Should Congress cut agency resources across-the-board? Does the civil service need to be reformed? Noted scholar Paul Light will provide his perspective on these questions.

An agency's settlement agreement with two other employees did not preclude the agency from disciplining the petitioner for misconduct, the Federal Circuit has ruled.
